My shop is already listed on bh101..

A large amount of shops listed on the site are both submitted by our users, and by bh101 staff. For this reason you may find that your shop already has a listing. bh101 users can post reviews about your shop, and can also submit suggested changes so your shop details will be as accurate as possible. If you are happy with this arrangement then you do not have to do anything more. If you wish to take control of your listing then it can be locked to details that you have submitted. If you wish to do this: please email shopping@bh101.co.uk.

I wish to add my shop to bh101..

The easiest way to add your shop is to open a bh101 account and then use the 'Add Shop' function. If you do not wish to create a bh101 account, then please email shopping@bh101.co.uk with your shop details.

I wish to remove my shop, or I have a dispute with a review..

Email shopping@bh101.co.uk to request removal of your shop. Please include your full name and position. Someone from bh101 will telephone you to confirm your request. Honest negative reviews will not removed purely on your say-so. If a review is obtusely deflammatory then it can be removed. If you are totally unhappy with your reviews, but understand that they will not be removed just because they cast a bad light on your shop, then you can request your entire shop listing to be removed from bh101 - please email the address above.
