bh101 respects your privacy. Your details will never be sold or given to anyone (unless the law forces bh101 to do so). If you select 'Forward bh101 messages' you will receive emails whenever you get a message on your bh101 account. Apart from this, bh101 may use your email address to contact you in regard to your account - but it will never send newsletters.etc without your permission.

Your email address and phone number is only shown to users who have bought an item of yours, or sold one to you (classifieds). If you are a seller you can also choose to not show your information to the buyer.

An IP address is a unique number that identifies your internet connection (like a phone number). As with all websites, your IP is needed for the website to work and is recorded in the site logs. If you login to your bh101 account - your IP address is recorded along side your account - this is to aid bh101 when users try and ruin the website for other people. It is never shown to other users.

The majority of bh101.co.uk is dynamic and allows for the user to add content (galley, user profiles, classifieds, calendar, forum.etc). You may not post anything that violates UK law (in terms of copyright, or otherwise).

You should remember that bh101 has an audience emcompassing all age groups - however, you may still post what you like, just mention in the title of any forum posts or gallery images (and other content) that it contains adult content (NSFW - Not Safe for Work is an easy way to do this).

bh101 reserves the right to remove any content, but reasons will be given. User accounts may also be terminated for abusing bh101 and breaking site rules. If a user has credit in their account (from adding credit manually, not from offer codes or bonuses) it will be refunded.

You should only place adverts for what you are legally allowed to sell. And should understand that someone clicking 'Buy' to your item on bh101 is not a legally binding contract in any way - it is merely a means to engage communication between the seller and interested party so a sale may occur.

Your listing is active on bh101 for an unlimited time. Please note that you pay for the process of the advert being listed, therefore if bh101 shuts down in five years from now and your advert still has no generated any interest - you will not be entitled to a refund.

When a user clicks 'Buy' to your item, its status is set to 'Incomplete'. This means that it is no longer listed on bh101, but it is still up to the both of you to complete the sale. If for whatever reason the sale does not go through (buyer changes mind, didn't read your advert, or you don't want to sell to them) you are free to relist your advert. This is completely free.

You are strictly forbidden to abuse the free relisting process (selling numerous items with one advert for example), and uses of it will be investigated - with the possibility of your account being terminated.

You may only upload images which are legally yours to upload (that is - you either own the image, own copyright of it, or have the copyright owner's permission to upload it). You may not upload any images forbidden by UK law, and if you do so the images will be removed and authorities contacted if necessary. Please mark any adult images or galleries as so, to prevent innocent minds being warped.

There is no swear filter on the bh101 forum, nor will you be told off for voicing strong opinions. bh101 believes in free speech. You should not be abusive to other members (and there is a big difference between disagreeing with someone and being abusive), nor should you post solely to disrupt the forum (either by making many 'LALALAL' threads or posting malicious code).

Any posts with content that breaks UK law will be removed.

You are welcome to request a refund of any unspent credit in your bh101 account. Please note - credit provided by bh101 (in the form of offer codes, presents, bonuses) will not be refunded. Only what you have actually paid for.
