wander down Bournemouth Beach on any Friday night and your likely to end up at a beach party, anywhere between Bournemouth and Alum Chine, there's usually a large congrigation of people who are usually very welcoming :)

If in Poole go to the Central on their gig nights as usually some real talented bands playin (with the odd obscure ones)its only like 3 quid or so to see at least 3 bands play so a real bargain & if u have had several cheap beers/ciders from cost cutters 1st then its even better cos u can go the whole night spendin less than a tenner.

we drive down, park in the most obscure but cheap car park in the whooooole of bournemouth town centre (as if youre heading toward the bic from the train station, go alllll the way around the roundabout before the bridge over the gardens and first left, its good), get food, wonder about, say hi to the millions of people you see that you know, complain about the not so english people, always bump into steve, buy stuff, sit in the gardens.. its all good. normally end up in borders at some point.. but never buy anything, does anyone else do that?! poole quay is good in the summer when they do the car nights. and obviously bike night. often go to poole to get tattooed.

Wandering around town aimlessly looking for places to go. Looking for something new to do, but never finding it so reverting back to old ways.

Writing this pretty hammered, so on account of that i think a good night is down the cellar bar in boscombe every other thursday quiz nite £1 entry good fun (and pheasent plucker on tap). then to costcutter for a bottle of vodka. followed by being threatend by some chavs, in their words 'ill put a bullet in your head'. Its all good.
Then keep drinking till everyone else passes out, download and watch the thundercats then recap whats happened and post it on the Things To Do list at www.bh101.co.uk posted by bert. |

If very bored you can usually find a bunch of greebo/punk/skater type people hanging around in bournemouth gardens on friday nights. pop down with a bottle of cider and if they are anything like the old lot you will feel most welcome.

Bournemouths Poi and Juggling cirlce gather by the Bournemouth Balloon in the gardens on tuesday nights, much more busy in the summer with good weather obviously.
